Travel Grant For US Students

The students from the USA can apply for the NSF travel grant that can partially cover their expenses to attend ICDCN 2023. The applicants must be master's or Ph.D. students enrolled in any US universities. The travel grant cannot be used by postdocs, early career researchers/scientists, or keynote/invited speakers (unless they are students).

Application Procedure:


The applicants need to provide the following information.
  1. Basic details (name, email, contact info, status, affiliation, date of arrival, etc.)
  2. Upload a short CV of the applicant.
  3. A letter of endorsement from the applicant's advisor.
  4. Any proof (transcript/I-20/I-card) that the applicant is a bona fide student of a US university.

Travel Grant For Indian Students

The ICDCN 2023 Organizing Committee is pleased to announce a number of travel grants to the selected participants from India, from a generous grant by ACM India Council. ICDCN 2023 will provide partial travel support, in the form of reimbursements, on production of the actual bills and receipts.

Eligibility: The applicant must be an enrolled regular undergraduate/graduate/doctoral student in an Indian academic institution, during the time of the conference. The applicants need not to be an author of the paper.

Amount of the grant: The exact amount of the grant will be notified along with the approval letter. The grant will partially cover the registration fee and the local travel by train/road.

  1. Applicant's CV highlighting the academic background and publication details (if any) (PDF format, Maximum file size: 1 MB)
  2. Scanned copy of the student ID card (PDF format, Maximum file size: 1 MB)
  3. A recommendation letter from the supervisor/faculty advisor highlighting the credential of the student, requirement for attending ICDCN, and why the travel grant is necessary for the student. (PDF format, Maximum file size: 1 MB)
