Work Description: Working in video object tracking, object recognition, gesture recognition and augmented reality. My responsibility is to generate high quality patents for the company.

I worked as a Researcher in the Real Time Multimedia Research Team of the Embedded Software Research Division, Electronics and Telecommunication Research Institute (ETRI), Daejeon, South Korea (October 2006 - April 2007).
Work Description: Implementation of GStreamer Multimedia framework for mobile devices. The project was sponsored by Samsung Electronics, South Korea. I was working with open source development team to optimize GStreamer for ARM based mobile devices (using ANSI C).

I worked as a Lecturer in the Department of Computer Sc. & Engineering at Haldia Institute of Technology (HIT), Haldia, India (June 2003 - July 2006).
Work Description: I was involved in teaching various undergraduate courses in the department of Computer Sc. & Engineering. A few of the courses were Computer Networks, Microprocessors and Microcontrollers, Computer Architecture, Algorithms and Data Structure, Formal Language and Automata Theory. During my stay at HIT, I guided a number of B.Tech. students for their final year projects.
