Hi,
I am a Final Year Undergraduate Student in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering at Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. I am pursuing Dual Degree (Bachelors & Masters) in Computer Science & Engineering. I come from a middle class family from Lucknow, UP.

School Life -- Sacred Heart School & Lucknow Public School

I did most of my schooling (in fact from Nursery to High School) at Sacred Heart School, a private school established in the year I was born. As I grew up, I saw my school growing too :-). I decided to go in the field of computers the year I was introduced to computers (7th standard). I scored 90.4% in board exams, highest in my school.
As my school was till 10th only, I took admission in Lucknow Public School and opted for PCM with C++. I had all the material and guidance (my elder brother & teachers), so I started preparing for JEE myself. May 2007 turned out to be the best month of my life when I topped Allahabad zone in 12th board exams scoring 97.2% and cleared IITJEE as well :-).

College Life -- Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur

First year started and ended with only one thing in mind - Department change. And all I did was study. It was in my second year, when I came to Nehru Hall, that I got to know that a semester is too long to just study. I participated in Inter-Hall dramatics, choreography and played hockey. The time spent in common room gave me my most valuable asset -- friends, that I can hold on to.

I spent the summer of 2010 and 2011 in New Delhi, doing internship at IBM Research Lab. Last 5 years were no doubt the most amazing and happening years of my life. Just a couple of months more of this and it will be time to change the gear again for the new life....
