PhD student at Georgia Tech

I am a PhD student at Georgia Tech College of Computing. I have recently completed my undergraduate studies in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India.

I like researching on applications of machine learning. I have worked on robotics, computer vision, computational linguistics and reinforcement learning. I am also an open source enthusiast.

I was a summer 2019 research intern at Georgia Tech, where I worked on computer vision at the Embedded Pervasive Lab and the Computational Perception Lab. As a part of the Kharagpur RoboSoccer Students' Group (RoboCup team "KgpKubs"), I have worked on path planning, controls and computer vision. Under Google Summer of Code 2018, I have worked on the implementation and optimisation of GPU kernels. In 2020, I was a GSoC mentor for OpenCV. Along with that, I was the executive head of Kharagpur Open Source Society in 2018.
