  • Attendance of the conference sessions
  • Copy of the proceedings containing the paper(s) presented by the author
  • Materials

  • Social program
  • Refreshments during the workshop breaks
*Full paper reduced registration (for an author, presenting multiple papers - 2nd paper, 3rd paper, etc.) is for individuals that already paid the full registration fee for one paper and as authors of multiple papers are going to present a second, third, etc. paper. It does not include any additional materials, social program, banquet ticket, etc. and cannot be used by a co-author or a guest to attend the conference sessions or the social events.

**Student registration is for full-time undergraduate, master, or doctoral students, who are the first author of the paper and will attend the conference and present it. After registering, please send an official letter from your advisor on headed paper that you are a full time student.

For papers with multiple authors, each author must register separately and pay the applicable registration fee (early registration fee before March 20, 2017 and full registration fee after that date), if he/she plans to attend the conference.

Only one individual can participate with one registration fee.

Early registration fees and student registration fees are not refundable. Regular registration fees are refundable with $300 cancellation fee.

The reduced registration fee for short communications presenters includes:

  • Attendance of the conference sessions
  • Copy of the booklet containing the short communications
  • Refreshments during the workshop breaks
