Instructions for Camera-Ready Short Communication Submission

Please read carefully the steps below.
  1. Address all reviewer's remarks in the final version of your short communication.

  2. If the reviewer has indicated that your paper needs language improvement, ask for help an English teacher or a native English speaker.

  3. Follow strictly LNCS requirements. Download the templates.

  4. Pay special attention on the format of the references. The citations are by number only. The references are also ordered by number only in alphabetic order. Use style splncs03.bst.

  5. Use USA spelling.

  6. The paper can be written in MS Word or in Latex..

  7. Name the .tex file according to its ID in the conference management system. For example, if your communication is

    call your files paper70.tex, paper70.pdf, figure1.eps, figure2.eps, figure3.ps, etc. Include all other specific files that you use in your paper, as well. These may be, for example, epsfig.sty, graphics.sty, etc. Make a zip file called paper70.zip.

  8. Alternatively, if the paper is written in MS Word, name it paper70.doc..

  9. Send the paper's zip file (i.e., paper70.zip) or doc file (i.e., paper70.doc) in attachment to barneva@fredonia.edu. In the subject write "Camera-ready paper 70". Indicate the person who will present the poster.

  10. If you need a visa letter, please read the instructions for visa letter in the Registration Page, download the sample letter, fill it up and send it to us.

  11. Deadline for registration for authors of short communications: May 1, 2017.

  12. Deadline for sending the camera-ready papers for authors of short communications: May 1, 2017.
