    I have been an active participant in online competitive algorithmic programming.I have experence on solving sorting, binary seach, number theory, string, graphs and dynamic programming related problems.     Hi there !!

    I love working on real time projects, algorithms and mathematics. I am quite good in academics holding a CGPA of 9.15/10 till 9th sem. I have experience using REST APIs in my projects on Twitter and client-server communication in Android Apps. I have worked on Computer Vision projects like Image and Video Mosaicing and 3D reconstruction. I have been a Teaching Assistant of Machine Learning and have won prize from American Express in Data Analytics Contest for being the campus topper. I have also obtained statements of accomplishment from Stanford University for Machine Learning, Algorithms and Cryptography.

    I am also pursuing a minor in department of Mathematics along with my major in Computer Science. I along with Aakash Anuj and Surya Prakash presented a paper in our Operations Research course.

    McGill University

    I worked as an undergraduate research trainee under supervision of Prof. Jeremy Cooperstock on the android application development of rtER. This project involves live streaming, tagging and filtering of video feeds from smartphone to web browser. This project is being integrated with Google Glass, OpenGL rendering, use of accelerometer, temperature detectors. I worked here and accomplished following tasks in android app of rtER:

    • Detection of Network change
    • Recording audio communication by intercepting microphone and speaker
    • Audio Communication through Telephony in background
    • Integrated live streaming of Audio with video image frames from android smartphone to video server and then to web server written in Go

    IBM Research

    In my internship at Telecom & Mobile Research Group, IBM-IRL I basically accomplished three major tasks in android app named “SmartShopper”. I even got a paper published in Mobiquitous-2013.

    • SQLite Database design for storing local information on customer and merchant device
    • Design and implementation of interface for adding, editing and saving list of items in customer’s device
    • Wireless transfer of customer’s lists and corresponding bill between customer and merchant device.

    Automated tracking of Indian Classical Dance in Labanotation using Kinect Skeletal Data

    Tracking postures of Bharatanatyam using Kinect skeletal data and generating a script describing the dance movements in Labanotation

    Vivid Mixer Tool

    I am also working on an Vivid mixer tool which is a Mac Desktop Application using Cocoa and it allows to edit and timeline the sequence of play of various MultiMedia content. Its output will be given as input to a iPhone/iPad player which renders and plays the saved multimedia content.

    Web based Native Language Identification from English writings

    Used supervised learning to train the machine to deduce the native language of a user from its english writing. The learned model was hosted in a php based website.

    

    Influence propagation in Location based Social Networks

    Inferred Location based Influence propagation in Yelp and analyzed temporal and semantic behaviour of tips and reviews in Yelp.

    

    Studying Deleted Tweets in Twitter

    This project involved collecting and studying information about Tweets that people delete on Twitter. In this work we looked into the questions as to why people delete tweets, and are there significant characteristic specialties in the tweets that are deleted and the users who delete them.
