I am currently working with Samsung R&D Institute Bangalore and have graduated with an M.Tech degree in CS from IIT Kharagpur. Before this, I have worked with TATA Consultancy Services, and have worked as a Microsoft Student Partner. I hold the Samsung Software Competency (Professional) and Microsoft Certified Professional certifications. I have published and applied for patents in the areas of light-weight language models, natural language detection and processing, semantic relations in text, and data warehousing.

In recent years, I have been part of the On-Device AI team and have actively contributed to the Intelligent Keyboard project. Some notable contributions include Alive Intelligence, Language Detection, Foreign Word Aware Auto-Correction, sub-millisecond inference Spell Checker, and On-Device Learning Framework. I have been involved in PRISM, an industry-academia collaboration program involving eminent professors and students from leading Indian institutes, in over 30 work-lets. I have also served as the SWC Catalyst and Expert Task Force Champion for KB part.

I am interested in opportunities in R&D profiles. While the focus of my recent work has been on On-Device AI, Natural Language Processing, and Machine Learning, I have experience in Cloud Computing, Data Analytics, Web/App development, Content Management Solutions.

I have served as a reviewer in NAACL-HLT, ACL-IJCNLP, SBPA, and internal review committees. I have been a founder of InspirIT, the technology club of the Department of Information Technology at my college, where, as an active member, I have organized and presented at technical sessions.
