    Description:  404c Master Diagnostic is a Fiduciary risk management tool compliance with US 404c pension plan scheme. The tool produces different reports to improve retirement plan’s fiduciary governance, mange it and avoid litigation by running a set of master diagnostic questionnaire. This is a web based tool with different service like system administration, licensing administration, report and alert generation etc.

  2. Knowledge Warehouse & Data Integration Server Product Suites (V3)
    Description:  Knowledge Warehouse & Data Integration Server Product Suites is a complete solution for Data Management of any enterprise. It has several utilities like Database Crawler, Metadata Repository, Semantic Knowledge Manager, Semantic Mapping tool, Data Integrator, Reporting etc. It is based on distributed SOA platform.
    Role: Team Leader (Designing and Planning)

  3. Customer Data Integration for YMCA of Greater New York, USA
    Description: The objectives of this project were
    • Assess a state of the Customer Data at YMCA
    • Evaluate several Customer Data Integration Strategies and choose the best fit for YMCA of Greater New York
    YMCA had two main databases, one on MSSQL sever and another on DB2-400. Our job was to integrate the Members’ data stored at both the databases.
    Role:  Consultant (Building the Integration Strategies).
    Duration:  3 Months in Global IDs, Kolkata

  4. Data Integration Server Product Suites (Version 2.5)
    Description:  Data Integration Server Product Suites is a set of tools which can be used to solve many Data related problem. It has several functionalities like Data Profiling, Data Quality, Reporting, Data/Meta-data Monitoring, and Data Integration etc. It is based on distributed Agent platform
    Role:  Module Leader for Data/Meta-data Monitoring and Data Integration module (Designing and Coding) in Global IDs, Kolkata.

  5. Global Data store
    Description:  Global data store is a prototype of ETL tool. It is a unified storage for different databases in the Client’s landscape. It builds a PSA (Persistent Storage Area) which can be used by other tools for accessing the data from a common platform. We have used Java’s JDBC technology to fetch data from different RDBMS.
    Role:  Developer (Coding) in Global IDs, Kolkata.
  Major Academic Projects
  1. LRDD Project for HRD, India Govt. at CET, IIT Kharagpur. Jan 03 – Jul 04
    Description:  This project was aimed to build several tools for E-Learning and Distant-Learning. There were different sub-projects. I was involved in two sub-projects namely: Virtual Classroom and Learning management system. We had used JDK 1.3, Swing, JMF and XML.

  2. Final year project at Haldia Institute of Technology titled “Mood Analysis and recognition using Digital Image Processing”. Dec 99 – May 2000
    Description:  We developed a tool for Edge Detection of facial images in BMP format. We built a Mouse editor to measure different segments of the image. Finally we used Training of Relational Matrix method to detect the mood of the imaged person. We have used C on Windows 98.

  3. Summer internship project at CSE, IIT Kharagpur on WAP (Wireless Application Protocol). Apr 99 – Jun 99
    Description:  We have developed a WAP Server and a prototype of WML (Wireless Markup Language) Browser including a WML Parser and a Lexical Analyzer. We have used Core Java on UNIX.
