Workshop on Development of Android-based Applications on Aakash

About the Workshop

Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur in association with Society for Natural Language Technology Research, Kolkata is going to organize a two day workshop on “Development of Android based Applications on Aakash”.

Objective of this event is to train students to develop Android based applications on Akash (a low cost Tablet from MHRD, India), followed by a competition to develop the best application.

The participation in the workshop will be based on the following criteria:

  1. The participants must be engineering students doing their B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/MCA/M.SC or equivalent.
  2. Every participant has to mail their CV to android.workshop.iitkgp@gmail.com
  3. Selection will be based on the merit of the student.

Successful participants in the workshop will get an opportunity to continue development projects with us, with due recognition.
