Faculty members of AICTE approved Colleges/Institutes are required to submit permission letter (click to download proforma) from the concerned Head of the College/Institute mentioning the name of the participant. Those who have not yet submit the permission letter, please submit it to hpcpp.iitkgp@gmail.com.
On unavailability of the permission letter the participant is required to pay the necessary Registration Fees mentioned below in Demand Draft to confirm his/her participation in the Short Term Course.
Registration fee is Rs. 4,500 per head (except for teachers in AICTE institutes). Make a Demand Draft (DD) in favour of CEP-STC, IIT Kharagpur payable at Kharagpur. Registration cost includes study materials and board and lodging from 12th April to 18th April, 2010.
