In any case, SPACE 2021 will allow the online presentation of accepted papers if the authors are unwilling/unable to undertake the travel, and the conference registration fee for the accepted paper would be adjusted accordingly. === Overview ==== International Conference on Security, Privacy and Applied Cryptographic Engineering 2021 (SPACE 2021) is eleventh in the series of conferences, which started in 2011. The proceedings will be published by Springer. The best contributions will be selected for submission to regular issues of the Journal of Hardware and Systems Security (HASS). Authors should consult Springer’s authors’ guidelines (https://resource-cms.springernature.com/springer-cms/rest/v1/content/19242230/data/v2) and use their proceedings templates, either for LaTeX (https://resource-cms.springernature.com/springer-cms/rest/v1/content/19238648/data/v1) or for Word (https://resource-cms.springernature.com/springer-cms/rest/v1/content/19238706/data/v1), for the preparation of their papers. Springer encourages authors to include their ORCIDs (https://www.springer.com/gp/authors-editors/orcid) in their papers. In addition, the corresponding author of each paper, acting on behalf of all of the authors of that paper, must complete and sign a Consent-to-Publish form. The corresponding author signing the copyright form should match the corresponding author marked on the paper. We recognize the difficulties stemming from the COVID-19 situation, and we welcome work-in-progress submissions (clearly mentioned in the title if its a work-in-progress). Furthermore, like last year, this year too we will award one best paper and one best student paper out of all contributions.
