--------------------------------------------------------------------- SPACE 2020 call for short papers and work in progress December 17 -- 20, 2020, Virtual Conference https://cse.iitkgp.ac.in/conf/SPACE2020/ --------------------------------------------------------------------- === COVID 19 advisory === Given the current uncertainty with travel and event organization restrictions caused by COVID-19, SPACE 2020 will be a virtual conference. SPACE 2020 will allow the online presentation of accepted papers, and the conference registration fee for the accepted paper is adjusted accordingly. === Short papers and Work-in-progress submission ==== International Conference on Security, Privacy and Applied Cryptographic Engineering 2020 (SPACE 2020) is tenth in the series of conferences, which started in 2011. This annual event is devoted to various aspects of security, privacy, applied cryptography, and cryptographic engineering. SPACE 2020 will be held as a fully virtual conference, from 17th to 20th December, 2020. We recognize the difficulties stemming from the COVID-19 situation, and this year for SPACE (along with full papers) we welcome short papers and work in progress submissions. SPACE 2020 follows a strict double-blind policy -- all submissions must be anonymous, with no author names, affiliations, acknowledgments, or obvious references. Submissions must be written in English, should strictly follow the LNCS format, and should be at most 12 pages (including the bibliography but excluding clearly marked appendices). The authors should mention in the abstract if their submission should be considered as short papers or work-in-progress. Authors should consult Springer’s authors’ guidelines (ftp://ftp.springernature.com/cs-proceeding/svproc/guidelines/Springer_Guidelines_for_Authors_of_Proceedings.pdf) and use their proceedings templates, either for LaTeX (ftp://ftp.springernature.com/cs-proceeding/llncs/llncs2e.zip) or for Word (ftp://ftp.springernature.com/cs-proceeding/llncs/word/splnproc1703.zip), for the preparation of their papers. Springer encourages authors to include their ORCIDs (https://goo.gl/hbsa4D) in their papers. In addition, the corresponding author of each paper, acting on behalf of all of the authors of that paper, must complete and sign a Consent-to-Publish form. The corresponding author signing the copyright form should match the corresponding author marked on the paper. Once the files have been sent to Springer, changes relating to the authorship of the papers cannot be made.
