Project Description: The aim of the project is to use sales data of retailers, information about promotional campaigns and other internal as well as external data for insights into sales volumes and to develop actionable insights, such as designing of campaigns. The project also aims to design intelligent natural language chatbots for customer engagement which involves preference elicitation as well as language processing. Thirdly, the project aims to leverage Web data and image understanding to develop an enhanced knowledge base of products and catalog construction.
