A real-life simple example to understand my research area : Multi-Objective Combinatorial Optimization using Evolutionary Programming.

It seems contradictory and we can call it a Bi-Objective problem. We can optimize or balance these objectives( here, one objective has to minimize and other has to maximize)
with the phenomenon of biological concept called, heridity(where genes having signifcant and strong characteristics to cope with critical-complex next generation
are inherited to child from parent and also new chraracteristics are incorporated to genes in requirement to become more powerful offsprings)."--Soma :-).
