Simulator for Autonomous Cars

Designed simulation and visualization framework for Autonomous Ground Vehicles using existing software engineering practices and integrating ROS (Robot Operating System) architecture within the design
The simulator was designed to optimize real-time resource usage to include features like planning, environment sensing,and controller model which was not found in satisfactory levels with existing simulation frameworks viz. TORCS, VRep and Stage

Autonomous Underwater Vehicle Project

Implemented mission-planner for an Autonomous Underwater Vehicle (AUV) using FSM library (SMACH)
Implemented the Kalman Filter that increased the accuracy in estimating the AUV’s pose by 70% from the data obtained from both DVL (Doppler Velocity Log) and IMU
