Network:
Edgelist where each line represents an edge denoted by source node and destination node (separated by tab). Note that, each edge is considered as undirected edge, i.e., if (a,b) edge is present, (b,a) does not present in the list. The node index stats from "0" and continues up to (#node -1)

Community:
Each line corresponds to each community present in the ground truth structure. Each line contains a set of nodes separated by tab. The nodes present in each line are the members corresponding to that community. Note that, the communities are non-overlapping, i.e., each vertex can belong to at most one community.
