Date: July 8th to July 13th , 2018
Venue: Maitree Auditorium, Vikramshila, IIT Kharagpur
With the onset of Internet-of-Things (IoT) and Cyber Physical Systems (CPS),
physical systems are more and more communicating with computer systems through network.
However the power of control and command, which can improve the quality of human life, can lead to catastrophic consequences if the security issues are not properly addressed.
It is projected that more than 50 billion devices would get connected by 2020. This
connected world is envisaged to bring forth unique challenges and also opportunities to security
practitioners.
This workshop from 8-13th July is expected to bring together leading researchers and practitioners, to a forum and discuss on various topics related to security in the connected world. In particular,
we focus on Design and Analysis of Physically Unclonable Functions, Side Channel and
Fault Analysis, PUFs for IoT Authentication, Cryptosystems for Access Control on Clouds,
Hardware Trojans, IC-counterfeiting, CPS security, Vulnerability analysis and other related
topics.
