Department of Computer Science & Engineering, I.I.T. Kharagpur organizes a short term course entitled “ Advanced Computer Architecture Prototyping ” from 20th to 25th June, 2016.

Aims & Objectives :

Design and implementation of the Complex & “State-of-Art” level digital systems on a FPGA platform. This course aims to cover the FPGA based design flow, starting with the Verilog modeling, simulating the design and verifying the design by prototyping on a FPGA based circuit board.

Who can participate?

Category-1 (AICTE Sponsored): Teachers (permanent) of AICTE approved Degree level Engineering Colleges only.

Category-2 :
Students : Research Scholars / Students of B.Sc, M.Sc, B.C.A, M.C.A, B.E. , B.Tech. or Equivalent (AMIE / IETE) etc.
Others (Self / TEQIP Sponsored / Industry) : Teachers / Scientific Officers / Instructors / Technical Assistants / Persons from Industries.

Prerequisites :

Programming Skills, Knowledge of Advanced Digital System Design and Computer Architecture.

Travel and Accommodation :

Category-1: As per the AICTE norms, to-and-fro travel cost (TA) will be paid to each participants @ 1000.00 or A/C 3-Tier Train fare only by the shortest route between the place of work and the venue of the Course whichever is less on producing original tickets.
Shared accommodation will be provided in the Guest Houses or various Hostels in the campus as per availability.

Category-2: No TA will be reimbursed.
